We had a great experience at the ramada carslbad. The rooms were a little outdated but I was informed that they are being redone =) The rooms were pretty clean the showerheads are awesome! The continental breakfast buffet was awesome! they have so much to chose from and are constantly cleaning up any mess that other people left behind. The staff was great, super nice and helpful!! I loved this place! can't wait to go back in october!!! =D

We made our reservation through TripRewards. The room was on the corner facing Motel 6 and when the door was open, you could hear the freeway. Once the door was closed, peace and quiet.

The community is clean and safe looking, but you can hear the freeway a bit. The Benihana's was great to have right next door. The service was acceptable but they did not seem to communicate with each other well. The room we stayed in was a one bedroom suite. The room was very neat and the heated pool was great. The breakfast area can get crowded towards the final hour of breakfast, but in all, it was a great value.

Clean rooms, lots of towels, large pool & hot tub, great breakfast (included), easy to get too, close to San Diego and Legoland, friendly staff, wireless internet included. Recommend highly for a family vacation!
