I just spent a week and a half there and the place is awful. I would have moved but was in the middle of a job and had no extra time. My room had no microwave and no refrigerator and the manager tried to overcharge me on my nightly rate. One of the gals at the front desk was nice, other than her, the overall experience was unpleasant!

Carpets not clean and smell of smoke and spilled beer. They charged me $13.99 for a movie I never accessed, and then said they would give me a credit on my visa, which never happened. Even after several calls to the manager and two faxes of my bill it never happened. Many "shady" types hanging around and noise till very late at night. I genrally like Best Western, but this place needs to clean up it
