This hotel is gorgeous decorated in a Tuscany Style. The rooms are large and lovely as well. But, I have to give credit to the men and women in customer service. The staff moving the cars, greeting you, and working the night shift!!! Unbelievable. This staff never stops. They are so friendly and really do love their jobs. Thanks so much for all of your help.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

Our recent stay at the Fairmont was a pleasant one. We booked through the hotel website and used their Romance Calif. style package . We were upgraded to the Gold level room at no extra cost . Valet parking was easy and smooth and the pool area was similar to those found at large resorts . Overall service was excellent and the hotel is only 4 mi. from Newport Beach central. A very nice hotel.

I wish I could have stayed longer. On a weekend trip I had the oppourtunity to stay at this hotel and I must say that this is a very warm and friendly place to stay. The price was reasonable, the food in the resturant was terrific, and the room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I will definately return on my next visit.

Took the kids to the Sutton Place. Wanted to go to the beach for the weekend. Drive from hotel was not that far...not on the beach though. We did save $ by not being on the beach.
