I loved the location of this hotel. Everything was in walking distance. The only problem with the hotel is it's across the street from a bar so it was little noisy one night with the bar people. I would bring some ear plugs to drown out the noise. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice. I wish they would have offered a complimentary contienental breakfast. It is so $$$ to eat in San Francisco.
this place sucks. alot. I recently stayed at this hotel on my senior trip, and everyone in our room was bitten by bedbugs. i had to fumigate all of my clothing and luggage before i could bring it back in the house. i probably was bitten over a hundred times, which is a hundred times too many. i dont reccomend this hotel for anyone trying to have a good stay. grosss grosss gross.

This hotel was really good! The beds were comfortable and it was close to everything! We got a really good deal through priceline! and there is a Dennys right across the street and a Walgreens about a block away! It was also close to everything! I would go back in a heartbeat if I got another good deal!
This hotel was great. The only downside was we had to park at the main hotel but are room was in the other section across the street. Denny's in the hotel is pretty expensive. I wish we would have requested a room with a view of the Wharf. Overall the hotel was a great location and very, very, clean.
You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is close to all the action at Fisherman's Wharf. However, it is not worth the price you pay. My family and I were relegated to the Bay street building where we overlooked a lovely dumpster which was emptied at 5:00am daily. For $369/night you can find much nicer places to stay on the wharf where the wireless internet connections actually work.
Good location for many San Francisco sights, but room was in adjacent building to main hotel making access to restaurant, bar, parking, etc. very inconvenient.
Rooms are large and clean, but noisy (noise from adjacent rooms and hallway).
Parking $35 per day and $1 charge for each local call.

Disappointing!

Didn't like paying $3 more for parking than was listed on the hotel's website. None of the hotel personnel could access the website to verify; which I found hard to believe. It wasn't even worth $3 to them to keep their customer happy!? Didn't like having to take our bags down the street to the "red-headed step-child" ...
