The one star is for the management at this hotel. If I could do zero stars, I would. They overcharged me on my room. I politely called to complain. I was hung up on by the manager on duty. I asked to speak to her manager and was finally transferred to that person's voicemail. I left a voicemail with my contact info and never heard back. I've tried repeatedly to get this resolved and they've been extremely uncooperative with me.

The rooms were great, comfortable beds, clean, updated. The pool area with hot tub was beautiful & convenient. All of the staff were very helpful. The free breakfast was unbelievable-waffles, cereal, pancakes, sausage, coffee, juices.....
I would definitely go back again, and recommend this hotel to everyone.

We found the rooms upgraded with brand new FABULOUS beds and a wonderful staff. I have noticed most of these other reviews are old and before the new ownership. This is a very nice hotel with a great pool area and perfect for people and families trying to enjoy the bay area on a budget... We will be back!!!

Arrived at the airport at 8pm and called for the shuttle. Three phone calls and 45 minutes later it finally arrived. I had booked a courtyard view room and they gave me one facing the parking lot - on the second floor with no elevator. I will say that when I complained, the clerk did some shifting of reservations and gave me a free room upgrade ...
The Clarion hotel was easy to locate and very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and professional. I most enjoyed the atmosphere because it impressed me as much larger that it actually was.
The grounds were well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed a deilicious breakfast and the dining attendant was so helpful. I would stay at this Clarion hotel again and would recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

This is nothing. The room is similar as Motel 8. Internet is fine but they should tell people in advance that this does not have wireless so that clients can prepare. The staff needs to be more professional. We come to the hotel around NOON. They did not allow to check in before 2PM. Otherwise, it will charge for 20 dollars. This is ridiculous. Nice hotel does not do this.
We were only there for sleeping and did not use the amenities. This was a good place to stay with nice and curteous people.

I write from a room in this hotel. My laundry, promised for this evening has apparently been lost. The front desk has no knowlege of it's whereabouts and the hotel manager left the property without returning my call. I am advised to wait another day and see if it shows up. The room is motel like in feel and design, with a noisy and clunky ...
