I will agree with most and say that it is attractive. But the rooms are awful, customer service is worse and they have no security. They were allowing fights. I saw two guys get beat up by four other ones and the hotel did nothing. They didn't even call the police. This all happened in their lobby. HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!!!!!

The only thing good I can say is that the lobby and front of the hotel are attractive. However, water poured out of the ceiling in my room and damaged my luggage and the hotel made no effort to compensate me. Tried to make a call to San Diego from the pay phone in the lobby, but it wouldn't connect. Informed by the phone company operator that she thought the hotel had disenambled this public facility from making long-distance calls at all.

So resorted to calling our friend from the room and asking her to call us back.

This is a great place to stay. If you like a beautiful pool and great hot tub, you'll love this place. I had read some reviews about the beds being small and uncomfortable, but I found them very comfortable and slept well. I would stay at the Riviera again with pleasure on my next trip to the desert.

The grounds were very well kept up. The restaurant on site was awesome. The front desk was nice. The only problem I noticed was the lack of hot water pressure. That may not seem like a big deal, but when you are on business and need to get up at 4:00 AM you need that hot water to wake you up. The stay was good and would recommend it. Oh and don't be shocked at the additional $8.00 resort fee????
