Nice clean rooms enoyed watchen the wife cook over the stove can get enough of that. Kid's loved the area played the whole time we were their nice they were out of my hair. Management seemed ok to me but never spoke at any great length did really need to. Nice relaxing stay, able to go the shops and such. Will stay their again .

Hotel room was newly furnished as the web site indicated. Overall was satisfied with the hotel itself. I was miffed that seconds after confirming my reservation I got a popup for the same hotel for a substantial discount. Although I thought I'd looked around for a good fare I wasn't pleased with overpaying $30 for the room.

I booked a week at the hotel, and was unable to make the reservation. They advised me that I would get a rain check by email; no refund. I received the "rain check" that noted I could not use the hotel on the weekends, despite the fact that I had booked an entire week! My little family loved the big bear frontier! We stayed there just this past weekend, (09-10th-05). The location was so close to all, and the lake is beautiful- I loved the fact we could walk to all the shops in the little town that they have up there! I found the Frontier to be friendly and clean- I would stay there again in a heart beat!

very -very clean, great location, great staff, the cabins are fantastic- all renovated with everything you would need, the pool and jaccuzzi are great, a little pricy but a great experiance. I would recommend this place to anybody

Very rude management. Director was screaming, and almost hit my wife, he was calling us names. Police was arriving this place every 30 min. It was worst long weekend in my life. We was told when was booking hotel: Table is for 7 people, but it was only for 4. They give us extra table and whole weekend we where moving tables. Size of the rooms are ...

The worst part is that Manegement couldnt be any worse, and they dun give a CRAP about their customer, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Don't waste your money. I wouldn't go there again if it was the last place to stay on the mountain. And management could care less for their customers. STAY AWAY!!!
