It was an awful night, i was awaken by construction and bugs that were in my bedsheets. I called customer service but they never helped. Techniclly this was a pity staying here, and room service took over 2 hours which is ridiculous. I also got no chocalates under my pillow :(

This hotel was amazing ! It was pretty low-key, and the room was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable, and it had flatscreen televisions and a very nice two-room bathroom. Very nice property-an oasis in LA. The problems arose first with the hotel operators. When asked how much a long distance call (within US) was no one knew the answer. OMG! I've never felt more at home in my life!!!! The Decor was outstanding. The food was great. This is a wonderful place for family getaways or romantic honeymoons

The holtel is very nice and clean. Our overall stay was perfect! Staff is very helpfull. The Price could be a bit better, but you get what you pay for. We are very happy with our overall stay and entertainment at the four seasons los angeles and will be going back.
