We loved the paradise pier, upon arrival we were told that we were the big kahuna family and got upgraded to a beautiful room with a great view, our room was cleaned everyday before we got back and three chocolates were left on each bed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful 24/7 and made it very easy to relax after a big day at the parks.

We had never stayed in a Disney Resort. The hotel was way above your average hotel. Very clean. Rooms were promptly cleaned before we got back in the afternoon. We liked every thing about this place. It was amazing. I won this stay on a radio station and I was so pleased with our accomadations. GLORIOUS GLORIOUS GLORIOUS! Fridge, couch bed, cool sheets. I likey. We are here right now. Actually they supplied us with free internet. Thank you disney. We miss our dogs though. Please add dog accomadations.

We went for our 20th wedding anniversary, and it's really not the place for romance. On our anniversary, the hotel recommended the hotel restaurant, the Pacific Grill. The service was poor, the food only adequate and the ambience was really casual and full of tired kids. (what did I really expect I guess,,,next time, we'll take the kids.)
