  • This is the most disgusting Best Western hotel

    We requested for a non-smoking Jacuzzi Room with a King bed and we got a non-smoking room that wreaked of smoke, the jacuzzi tub was oily on the bottom. We got in at 11:00pm from Los Angeles, expecting a good night sleep but I can't sleep at all because the smoke was making my asthma worse. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again. ...
