On business, have stayed at Best Western's for years. My room was dirty old tee shirt in the closet, heard running water all night for three nights, the desk clerk told me others have reported hearing the sounds also, no sorry’s or we will look into it, no interest. Now its called BW Venitian Court and the renovations are exquisite! Starbucks in the lobby and great free hot breakfast-eggs,bacon and even a waffle maker! Clean room and friendly service.
