I have had to stay at this hotel for many year's for conventions. There always seems to be a problem with the hotel itself, i.e.,leaking main ladies room, or reservations. I made reservations to to stay at this motel in August of 07 for a stay in March of 08. The manager called and left word that she had cancelled my reservations and would not give me a reason why. She was rude and to my daughter on the phone. I will never stay at a Wyndham again.

We drove for six hours and could not wait to get checked in and relax. Much to our horror, they only had one of the four rooms we reserved and got confirmation on. They had overbooked and given our rooms away. They claim they did not have record of us wanting four rooms but our confirmation showed that they did. We had to bunk up and not all of us ...

We would say it was just ok. We were tired from driving and when we arrived it was not what we had ordered. Went around in circles trying to find our room and had to ask other guest where to go. We had to ask for a rollaway bed for there was not a roll out couch like we ordered. But nice and very affordable.

The room was nice but nothing outstanding. I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast the next morning but the menu was slight. The in room vending machines are slightly over priced and I wouls have rather had a refridgerator instead. They do offer complete internet services and have a decent business center for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was a huge plus.

We choose "branded" hotels assuming there will be some consistency in the level of service and amenities. This hotel falls short of my expectations of a Wyndham. My impression was this is an older Holiday Inn that has been re-branded as a Wyndham. It borders a seedy part of town so sercuity was a concern. Staff was helpful but unable to overcome the aging facility.

Helpful staff with a friendly attitude. Lobby was lively and convivial without being loud or crowded on Friday night. Courtesy van to and from Riverfront was very prompt and dependable. Great Hotel, very tidy and clean. As a Wyndham By Request member, I was pleased with the services. Upon my arrival, my requested items such as cranberry, nuts, etc., were in my room. I look forward to staying at the Wyndham again.
