There was absolutely no excuse for the rates charged. This was the last hotel at which we stayed on a lengthy road trip, and by far the worst. We waited, at midnight, for 30 minutes for a rollaway that should have been in one of the two rooms we booked, then we couldn't walk around it. Management was completely disinterested - didn't ...

Won't go back again

The staff and lobby were great. Air broke, outdated and smelled. Key (card) didn't work and I was locked out every time I left.

What a wonderful weekend!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/16/09
My wife and I recently stayed at The Peabody for a romantic weekend and truly enjoyed our visit!
We drove into Little Rock on Friday afternoon and arrived at the hotel at about 4:30 ……just in time for the duck march! What a great tradition! Those little ducks are so cute!
After the duck march we walked downtown to have a ...

Have you got another dollar we can get sir?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/20/09
Get every dollar you can....Create tip opportunities at every turn...charge high prices for everything and make sure guests have no choices. First of all it is a beautiful hotel! We were there for a conference this week and the room and bed were clean. BUT do NOT expect to be taken care of in any way. For example, there are no coffee makers in the ...
The restaurant currently offers fine dining of gourmet foods and service. I assure you that the Peabody is a an upper scale, 5 star, recently remodeled, hotel. Yes, the hotel was once sadly in need of a make over and they did from top to bottom. Try it again. Everybody needs a second chance.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Good restaurant. Clean rooms. Fast room service Great location with nearby market, restaurants, and museums. Meeting rooms are large and comfortable. This is a good place to stay with young children. I was traveling with my 20 month old niece. She loved the ducks. And, we had a great time walking along the river that ...
The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant enough. The front desk was efficient if unremarkable. Where things really fell apart was with the food service. I arrived to the hotel at 2:15pm, 45-minutes before the stated check-in time. Check-in was fine, but on trying to get something to eat in the only restaurant in the hotel, I was informed that it was ...

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/02/08
well, our waitress was high and completely out of it, our food was cold and tasted like throwup, the valet parking guys were really nice, that's about the only good thing about our experience. we will def never go back, it was completely overpriced and fell WAY short of being worth it
I really liked the service. I loved the location of the hotel it was easy to get in and out it's downtown and it think that you would enjoy it. I know I did!!!

Dump with the Ducks
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/20/07
This place is in desperate need of a make over or a complete management change from the aweful food in the resturant to the dirt and dust all over the place to the broken items in the best suites. The place is in bad shape and I doubt with any of the fixing that needs to be done that it will be able to keep the repairs.
