bad moodThis is brotherly love i booked a room for my brother and sister-in-law. went two weeks in advance and reserved the room. When they got there they wanted to know what the authorization code for my credit card was. Well guess what after reserving the room i never heard from the hotel as was promised. Best Hotel, Best DucksThis is hands down my favorite hotel. It has the best restaurant, the best gift shop ever (my dog absolutely must have his squeaky Peabody ducks now), full service, nice people (rare nowadays), and of course the best ducks. We're looking forward to next time!!We absolutely love this hotel!! The staff are professional, courteous and friendly; they always go out of their way to make our stay the best ever. They ruined our Honeymoon! Stay somewhere else.I made a reservation to stay at the Peabody on My Honeymoon night. I reserved a suite 5 months before my wedding. I confirmed the room two days before our stay. When my wife and I arrived after our wedding we were told the room we reserved was not available. DisappointingI have stayed my first and last time at the Peabody in Little Rock. It is not worth the money. Very disappointing due to very rude waiter in the restaurant, valets were overwhelmed (it took 30 minutes to get my car), no coffee in the room, zero sense that you were a guest and the staff valued your stay with them.

Peabody, SchmeabodyWent Friday to meet with guests there for drinks. The live music was a bit too loud, so until it was mercifully over we all had to shout at each other. The chairs were agony on my back. Wnet again in teh morning for brunch.
