First let me say that I'm a loyal La Quinta customer and have had wonderful stays at several other locations mostly in southern CA. That's why this hotel was so apalling. The hotel is older than I had expected, the room (king size deluxe) was spacious. Overall, it's pretty clean and I will definitely stay there again.

Decent room. Had to ask for replacement comforters in the non-smoking room because the existing ones reeked of smoke. Bathroom not cleaned very well. Pretty good location with shopping and dining nearby (great breakfast place across the street). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would not return just considering the room, but the staff was good.

Checked in and stayed for two nights. After a big day of mountain biking found that the jacuzzi was cold. Called the front desk, was told it would be fixed in the morning.
