Scary! The staff was friendly, but that didn't make me want to stay. There is no elevator, the rooms were disgustingly dirty. The glass door didn't have a lock, the bed had stains on it. Yeck Gross. I saw the room and checked out. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for. In this incident we could have paid $10 bucks and still not ...

Good Deal

I stayed here last week for 3 nights and it was a good deal. Clean, Starbucks right across the street and right on the freeway. The girls at the front desk helped me to find a nice restaurant for my clients. Internet was good and they helped me on the phone when I needed my configuration changed. Thanks

WHAT A DUMP!

The Lobby had trash right in front of the check in counter. The recetionist raised her finger to me as to silence me as she finished her 5 minute PERSONAL laughing phone call!!!!
I just turned and walked away!!!!

Avoid at all expense

I'd call it a rats nest but I don't want to be sued for libel by the rats.

Old, smelly and, although mostly nice employees, pretty incompetent. The lobby was filled every evening with young children which I suspect were the offsprings of the employees.

The hotel has no adequate security. It is more of motel than hotel. Continental breakfast was terrible. Stale looking room, stale looking food.

Unsafe neighborhood?

This hotel was located a short drive to the airport (although you have to drive across downtown Phoenix to get there -- maybe not a good thing during rush hour). The neighborhood was a little scary. I felt an adrenaline rush when I had to run out to the car to get something. It seems obvious the owners have not put any money into upkeep for a ...
