Good DealI stayed here last week for 3 nights and it was a good deal. Clean, Starbucks right across the street and right on the freeway. The girls at the front desk helped me to find a nice restaurant for my clients. Internet was good and they helped me on the phone when I needed my configuration changed. ThanksOVERALL

WHAT A DUMP!The Lobby had trash right in front of the check in counter. The recetionist raised her finger to me as to silence me as she finished her 5 minute PERSONAL laughing phone call!!!!
I just turned and walked away!!!!

Avoid at all expenseI'd call it a rats nest but I don't want to be sued for libel by the rats.
Old, smelly and, although mostly nice employees, pretty incompetent. The lobby was filled every evening with young children which I suspect were the offsprings of the employees.

Unsafe neighborhood?This hotel was located a short drive to the airport (although you have to drive across downtown Phoenix to get there -- maybe not a good thing during rush hour). The neighborhood was a little scary. I felt an adrenaline rush when I had to run out to the car to get something.
