My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort while on vacation last week. We were treated to an upgraded room at no cost. The room was awesome!! Excellent view of the golf course. The room was modern and very clean (there is nothing worse than a dirty hotel room). The service both at the front desk and at the restaurant was outstanding. During ...

A wonderful getaway!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/07/09
This is a beautiful resort. The rooms are recently remodeled and include Sleep Number Beds. The decor was warm and comfortable. The veiws are amazing. The 9 hole golf couse is great. Plenty of wildlife and huge trees. The creek runs directly behind the property and is fun and beautiful to explore.Every member of the staff was friendly, knowleable ...

Wonderful, enjoyable experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/14/08
I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff the most. We arrived starving and had just missed the 2 closing of the restaurant until dinner. Spent a relaxing time in the bar watching sports, Olympic updates and eating chips and BBQ chicken appetizers. Jan, our waitress, was so much fun and clued us in on everything in the area. We felt immediately ...

Don't Go!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/23/06
We arrived at this so-called Resort with a group of 44. It was in the middle of nowhere. If you had a golf course room, you had a view. Otherwise you had nothing or dumpsters or trucks. They are in the middle of remodeling. Our room was nice and had a sleep-number bed. Many of our fellow travelers had problems. One had no lights in the ...
For our two year wedding anniversary my husband and I planned to stay in Sedona at the Radisson Poco Diablo Resort. We made our reservations weeks ahead of time so that things would be paid for when we arrived. But to our surprise when then took out information nothing had been charged to our account. We were stunned, they had gave us a ...

WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/30/06
Our recent stay at the Radisson Poco Diablo Resort was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The room was dark and dirty. The sink and bath tub were clogged not to mention extremely grimy. The room had a strong odor of stagnate air and mildew. Room service was unhelpful and didn’t even provide a menu in the room when asked. ...
The staff was very nice when we checked in, upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi, fireplace and sleep number bed for no reason! Room was very clean, bed quite comfy. Had massages there for a decent price. One massage therapist forgot he was scheduled, but rushed right in. Unfortunately the hot rocks weren't ready since he was late, but it was still a good massage. We'll be back.

Not a resort hotel...yet.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/28/05
We stayed here for 3 nights. The front desk was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely dinner outside overlooking the golf course. However, the room was barely adequate. It was in need of a serious face-lift. I saw renovation plans in the lobby, and when completed, this will be a real resort. We paid less than $100 per night (Price Line). If I had paid anymore, I'd be very upset.

We stay here every year!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/14/05
The Radisson Poco Diablo's best qualities are its location and comfort of the suites. The location allows you to get away from the overly touristy areas of the town, in which many of the other hotels are located. Its more nature-oriented setting provides easy access to some of the better hiking trails. Although we enjoy going into the town, ...

Wanted the Sedona experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/05
This place was a typical Radisson with many amenities & conveniences such as on site restaurant & bar & small golf course. The concierge was very helpful & knowledgeable about hiking trails and gave great tips. However it was a great disappointment that there was no view from the area where our room was. I had hoped to find a place where I could open my room curtains & SEE SEDONA.
