We just completed a 3 day stay at this property. The pool had garbage and dirty towels left out all day and night, the pool shack was closed, and the night supervisor was incapable of shutting down a loud party despite 4 phone call pleas. Very disappointing Starwood experience -- lots of other good hotels in Phoenix besides this one.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for our honeymoon, we loved it so much we are going back for our 3yr anniversary. We loved the breakfast, the views from our balcony were stunning, oh! and the bed was heavenly. I didn't want to leave. Our honeymoon at the Sheraton was absolutely PERFECT.

I guess those cobwebs in the corner of our room must have been made from " Lace". And those stains on the ceiling and walls were "Fine Modern Art". This hotel looks like it hasnt been painted since it was built.Our "Non-smoking room" had cigarette burns on every stick of furniture! If this is a 4 star hotel the backseat of my car should get a 4 star rating, at least my car is clean!!!

My husband and I stayed there with our three boys and 5 minutes into our stay our 1 year old knock his on the night stand and requires medical assistance. The hotel sends a security guard to bring us a band aid and what looked like a q-tip. There was no first aid kit, no on call doctor, basically no help. Our son ended up needed stitches and the hotel really didn't try to accomodate our situation. We would never stay there again.

My colleague and I just returned from business in Phoenix. We picked the Sheraton Crescent because of location and the "club" level which provided ordeurves and attracted our needs. I use this hotel for business trips when I need to be north of Phoenix off the I-17. This hotel has a great location to the highway. I have had wonderful beds and rooms here. Also stayed on the club level, nice breakfast and great service.

I stayed at this hotel last summer and found it to be a nice property. I was impressed with the swimming pool and fitness center. The location of the hotel isn't the greatest but the price is usually pretty reasonable.
