amazing setting in the middle of canyon country. soap creek canyon is walking distance and is one of the most amazing hikes in north america. the lodge has a restaurant attached serving good American fare (burgers, diner food, but also some other items like fajitas and salads). the hotel is a great value. be sure to step outside at night to look at the stars!

The rooms are clean and easily accessible to all locaions in the area. The service is excellent for all facets of the operation. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the convienence of the restaurant next to the lodge along with the terrrific food makes the stay very enjoyable. The views are spectacular!
