This was a nightmare, poor service, A/C went out in the middle of the night. The pool area was filled with storage boxes. This must be a party hotel. All night, in my second room, The guest all around us partied it up! I got no sleep and the manager didnt really seem to care. We planned on staying two nights, but instead checked out and went back to Flagstaff

Hotel lied about having a "hot breakfast" available - instead it was sugar-ceral and bread. The "juice" is flavored water. The AC is SO LOUD that you can't sleep, and many of the AC units don't even work. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. It might be ok for one night, but don't stay longer, and don't expect much.

Stayed in March 2008. Room spacious, spotless, well-appointed. Desk staff friendly, extremely helpful. New breakfast room was about to open. A great value. Would definitely choose this facility if we pass through Page again.

Recently stayed at Page and was pleasantly surprised to stay at this property. The rooms were modern and clean and the price was quite reasonable. Only negative was a nonfunctioning ice machine. Would definitely stay here again.

Checked in for six nights at agreed rate (signed contract) of $85/night. At checkout the rate was 125/night. The rate was changed during the week. no notification until checkout. Managament never returned a call to resolve the issue. Going to small claims court.

My wife and I were locked out of our room for hours, because the lock malfunction.
The front desk was rude and cold. No smile, no apologize, not even a sorry. We were informed "The manager will give you 10$ off, that's the best she can offer". Sounds like it is a favor, and we should appreciate it.
