    The hotel is basically clean and the service is fair at best the reception is if ya waht a room fine we dont care we will rent to someone else. However teh valeus is good for the moeny and about as cheep as you can get in Ketchikan.

    Families on a budget otherwise look to the others for service

    The service was good when I checked in, but it went down hill when I reached my room. The service could have been better, you don't leave a new guy behind the front desk by himself. The elevator didn't smell all that great and when I did reach my room, it was dirty. There was hair all over my bed, my toilet seat was dirty along with the ...
