Soooo Cold Pool

Seeing that it was Best Western, I thought it would be the same as the one in Prineville. No. It was not. First, the pool was so cold my daughter could only get to the second step; Secondly, NEVER get room 202, it's above the main street and on Fridays loud until 2 A.M.; and Finally, their breakfast room was not big enough to handle the girls ...

The breakfast was quite good - waffles, cereal, and juice. The carpet was a bit old but clean; towels and bath supplies available. Only stayed one night so don't know about replacements. Desk clerks directed us to sights. Good bed.

The Manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. We stayed overnight on the way to Bend Oregon. Didn't have reservations, but the staff was willing to help us out. Great service and frendly.

Worst place I have ever stayed

The room was never clean, the desk clerk/owner manager was extremely unprofessional. Overcharged from what we were
quoted. Manager said they would personally inspect room. The next night, cold coffee cups were never emptied or trash removed from room. The vanity sink, tub nor toilet had been cleaned. First night had to ask for clean towels for ...
