Very luxurious, great service and location. Room service was delicious! Nice amenities but lacked little things that were expected, ie certain toiletries. Room was very clean. Have tea parties that are entertaining.

it was beautiful, service was great.I had a great nights sleep, the best I had in years. I also received a marrigage proposal while staying overnight :)

What makes a hotel bed this special?

It's probable to start with a premium mattress and a high, elegant wood-framed bed. Sure, fine chocolates and an evening turn-down service arer expected here.

But, when one adds a down featherbed on top of the mattress, you are beginning to talk about "cloud" status. But don't stop ...

My husband and I spent our anniversary there one year. It was fabulous and very romantic. The staff treated us like stars they placed the most beautiful dish of fruit in our room. The room was very cozy and the view was spectacular. I had the best time.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's easy to access airport, highways, downtown, and suburban shopping areas. They also have plenty of parking spots that makes easy for car travelers.
Nightlife there is also great. You can find many bars and clubs near the hotel.

Ummm..I like almost everything.Although some housekeeping are ESL people, they did the good job. Room are larger than neighbour hotel (almost same price). Uniforms look very professional.
But according to my feeling, they need customer service improvement. Need Smile..
