NOT RECOMMENDEDWe stayed there once and never again. Not equiped for disabled persons, no elevator, doors were difficult to open, towel rack in batroom were to high, didn't feel clean, smelled horrible, holes in some of the wallsOVERALL

Never AgainWe were in Delano (6-07) for a family reunion. Usually we would stay at the Shilo (previous name) every year. Booked alot of rooms. Did not know of the change in ownership. Mistake...The rooms and the halls had a mildew smell, showers did not work, something fell from the ceiling, holes in towels, no knobs on some of the air condition unit, some ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Unclean, requires maintenance.I don't know if they really clean their rooms. We found alsorts of things under the bed, below the desk.
At first glanced, the room is well equipped.
However -
1. fridge stopped working, had black deposits inside (mold?)
2. A/C had broken temp control, too weak to cool the room.
3. Bathroom requires serious maintenance and cleaning
4. Smoke and noise in corridor.
5. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling
