We booked a non-smoking room online. We got a handicapped room on the first floor that smelled like urine! It was nasty! My husband and I had to share 1 bath towel. When he went to the desk to ask for more, he was told there wouldn't be any available for 2 hours!. Breakfast was very sparse.

This motel was FILTHY. The rooms were not clean, beds were hard, bathrooms were dirty. Stay away from!

The bed was like sleeping on the floor, the pillows were dirty, had to call three times for extra towels. For paying $42 should have know not to expect much. The laundry room had lint on the floor from where they cleaned the dryers out. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Booked a room here "online"...prior to a trip to Springfield. When we got there....we found our rooms had dirty carpets, hair in the sink...exposed wires where we assumed a smoke detector was supposed to be...and an air conditioning system that was struggling to keep the room temperature below 99 degrees on a 104 degree day!

Needless to say....we didnt even bother to unpack.....and had to search for accomadations elsewhere!

First, their rooms are very dirty and smell really bad. There are mouse, bugs, and cockroaches running around. The desk clerks are rude and trashy. The manager never comes there to solve any problem. They didn’t giving me receipt because I paid cash and then I called few days after to check if they have checked me in to their system, the desk clerk said I never stayed there.
