Nice enough but the "nickel & dime" begins on the way in the parking lot. Parking 15 bucks. R U kidding? $13 to use the internet. This represents 28% of the total room rate. C'mon.

OMG THIS HOTEL WAS SO NICE AND CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME, WHENEVER I COME BACK TO MIAMI, FL THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY, I WILL BE GOING ON ANOTHER CRUISE NEXT YEAR AND THIS IS WHERE I WILL STAY AND I LOVE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE THAT PICKS YOU UP AND TAKES YOU RIGHT TO THE SHIP!!!! The air-conditioning did not work in several of the rooms our parties were staying in. We reported the problem to the front desk on arrival , but after three days at our meeting, the problem was not fixed. The food on certain days was sub-standard with meat products under cooked.

My Daughter-in-law & I booked a suite for 1 night with plans to cruise the following day. I wanted something affordable with amenities and this hotel more than met my expectations ! I was in the area for 3 days on business. This was a great place to stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Free breakfast and free drinks in the evening were a very nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and the pool is very nice. If there is a negative to this hotel, it is the location. You need a car to go to the beach or to see some of the other well known attractions.
