Way overpriced, extremely unfriendly staff (especially customer service operators), 3 billing errors and limited assistance in resolving them. I live/work in the bay area, but often stay overnight in SF and this has been the worst SF hotel experience out of all my stays (6 in total).
I stayed there April of 2007 for 3 days. My family and I were on vacation with 2 kids. The room was clean and tidy during our 3 days stay. Beds were comfortable. Union Square and Fisherman's Wharf was very accessible due to the complimentary use of the house car, it's available for us even if we didn't make advance reservations! The ...

Excellent experience!

Actually, I loved the hotel's location. It's in the financial district, away from the hustle and bustle of Union Square. My sister and I had a twin room on the 11th floor with a city view. Even with the city view, we could still see a large part of the Bay. The room was great! I loved the modern, yet contemporary decor, not to mention the ...

What a difference 2 years makes. I had stayed at this hotel in 2005 and had a wonderful experience, not so this time. I found the staff to be not very accomadating or hospitable. Has a new management taken over this hotel since I was here last? If so Here's a helpful hint: Change your BEDDING!!!! and train your people to be proactive not ...

Too Noisy and Bad Attitude

I booked a lengthy stay through Hotwire and got a great price. When I check in, they said there were only two rooms available. One was right next to the elevator and the other was next to an equipment room that rattled every minute or so. After 1 sleepless night, the desk manager said there were plenty of other rooms and put me in another one. ...
I believe the Park Hyatt is now called Le Meridien. All the reviews I read were for the Park Hyatt so I was confused at first...but the address is the same. The hotel is in a great area. The hotel is walking distance to the embarcadero shopping mall and easy access to the Bart. Big Plusses! The room I had was large and extremely comfortable. The ...
I never stayed at the Hyatt but after reading some reviews and comparing them to my experience from this past weekend, it seems like the name changed but everything else is mostly the same. Excellent room and amenities. Restaurant service a little slow (weekend only?). My only disappointment was the $50/night parking.
I went to a business conference and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were immacuately clean and the service was great.
I did not have to leave the Hotel once. Restaurants, shopping stores, and the conference were all inside the hotel. The fact that I had a balcony and it felt more like a small apartment than a suite also made a difference.
Definitely will come back often when I am in San Francisco.
What a great hotel! From the moment we arrived we were wowed by all the nice touches at the Park Hyatt. We had a room on the 15th floor with a bay view, a huge, beautiful bathroom (complete with fabulous H2O+ spa products), the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, Frette robes, a really cool stereo/CD system in the room, high speed ...
