A great steal!$21/night! You can't beat this deal. It was definitely well worth it. Days prior to our departure, I had read the reviews. A GREAT valueFirst off, I read all the reviews of this place and other than the service maybe not being up to par, everything was fine, remember paying $18.00 a night is not going to get you the Mandalay Bay. Cheap place to sleepI've stayed at Whiskey Petes several times over the past year because it is a great value. The rooms are large an well appointed. It's not Mandalay Bay, but lots better then a Motel 6. Most importantly, I always feel very safe there. I'm a female and many times that I've stayed I've been alone on business.

DON'T DRINK THE WATERThe rates and the room were very good, but there was way too much chlorine in the water. My skin got burnt and I didn't dare wash my hair for fear of ruining it. The internet connection was dialup so to me there is no internet connection. Those two alone will curtail my staying here again.OVERALL

Hotel ReservationThe hotel was acceptable for the price paid. However, the reservation was something else. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel desk was unable to register me for the lodging because the reservation information was not in the hotel's data bank, despite the fact that the reservation was pre-paid. I would seriously consider goin gbackIn all my stay was average, the room was clean, but there was no remote control for the television. I'de also like to mention that I wish there was a way to avoid all the smoke when checking in, by the time I get to my room my clothes smell like smoke.

comfortable stayI did not stay at the hotels this time around as I had to cancel my trip, I have however stayed at this hotel numerous tiems in the past and I find it to be a good place to stay.. It would be great if the cancellation charges were not as steep as they are, I have had to cancell my travel plans at least three times in the last 4 months and still ...0 of 1 Yahoo!
