We loved it allTo begin with ,the reception 'clerk'...either she was a member of the family or just liked her job...very friendly..very helpful.The rooms were immaculate...the breakfasts were the best we had in Europe.Would I stay there again...I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.I might add that I travel quite a bit and am used to being ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Avoid if you can!The only good thing about this hotel is the room. The front desk staff was down right rude and not willing to help at all...Th eonyl thing they did do was allow us to store our bags when we got there a lil early.
