The suite was very spacious and comfortable, the staff went all out to make sure your stay was stress free and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing, we were spoilt for choice. Can't wait to go back, we miss it so much!!

Love the am meal available to all. The newspaper is there every morning. Close to sky train and down town and theatre. Will stay there again.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful with every question we had. Room was nice and beds very comfortable. Kitchen was appreciated but the fridge was a little noisy. Once we put some bottles of pop and water in was better. The breakfast was amazing. A lot of variety.

The hotel is located in downtown with easy access to the transit system. The rooms are good size and well kept. The breakfast is included and has a lot to offer, not the typical donuts & coffee. The staff is awesome and make you feel like their only goal is to see that you enjoy your stay.

My first visit to Canada and I needed somewhere easy to get to, quiet and well suited to business travellers who want a little more than just a room to sleep in. The Residence Inn was perfect and I'll be staying there again for sure.

Couldn't have asked for better. A great place to stay, and nothing was too much trouble.

The location was great, we could walk everywhere!

The in room kitchen was also a bonus!

only downside:the elevators cept going offline & made me late for a number of early
morning meetings.

Excellent location. Close to public transit that can get you most anywhere in the area. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Friendly, courteous staff. Wonderful views. The complimentary breakfast could have been better quality, but there were other options nearby for very good meals. The restaurant on the main floor, however served good dinners.
