    There was a "building condemned sign on the front". Don't understand why they still are able to operate? I had a confirmed reservation but they could not find it and told me I was out on the street 2 days into my 5 day stay. Had to go to director of the Biltmore (who manages this dump) to be able to stay. The staff hotel staff ...

  • i wouldn't stay here again

    the front desk was hard to find. the elevator was going to shut down. the room was bad. it wasn't clean either. food was bad. there was no internet access. the bathtub look dirty. the hotel staff was bad.
