We had a 2 bedroom combo - the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom was small and could only be entered through one of the bedrooms - not both.

At check in, no one welcomed me, the manager just pointed down the desk and said "Down there", since there is no rope to line guests up in order. The room was infested with bed bugs, my friend had bites all over her body. It was obivious that the hotel has had plenty of exprience dealing with bed bugs. They gave us a refund but that doesn't compensate for the hassle and annoyance.

I give two stars because of smell, humidity, and inadequate showers.

Overall the hotel is okay, and the location amazing (next to Times Square). The location keeps this hotel alive, it might not survive in an other city, but this is Manhattan.
