This hotel has the best location ifyou plan to do the tourist-type activities in NYC and plan to go to the theatre. We were merely blocks from everywhere. Subway is only 1.5 blocks away. Nice theme rooms and Rick's Cafe provided continential style breakfast and wine and cheese receptions every day. Staff was courteous and freindly. This will be my NYC hotel!

Service is wonderful, love the 2nd floor where they have continental breakfast, wine and cheese in the evenings, and drinks and snacks all day. It would be hard to be closer to Times Square!

My favorite NYC hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/19/07

On my first visit, I had a severe headache in the wee hours of the morning and called the front desk to see if anyone had some pain reliever. A staff member insisted on running to the drug store to get me ...

The hotel was excellent for the following reasons: (1) location (right next to Times Square); (2) staff - extremely friendly, helpful and courteous; (3) ambience - romantic and classy; (4) the room - although relatively small (the hotel was built a long time ago), the room ...

Perfectly located for our needs,we had a quiet interior room that was smallish but elegant, and a beautiful marble bath. Service was the best we have ...

Staff were happy to help, very kind, gracious and friendly. The room was perfect for the two of us, very comfortable and cozy. Complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, wine and cheese were beautifully done in Ricks Cafe. They even had Coffee, tea and cookies around the clock.
