Yes, the hotel is older and the room was small but it was a super inexpensive place to stay while in Chicago and SO CLOSE to shopping and sights.

I used this hotel based on their website as a great business hotel in Chicago. I booked one of my clients in this hotel and I regret it. The customer service is terrible. I had billing issues, they held my client in the lobby and she almost missed her flight, etc. Do yourself a favor and use another hotel in Chicago!

Nice staff, cheap, clean-as-it-can-be-given age and price. Good place for a cheap night downtown without pretensions to be anything else. Old-fashioned service that surprisingly survives in a modern, competitive setting. Has it's flaws but, hey, so do all family.

The rooms are small but clean, the location is perfect if you come to Chicago as a tourist not knowing where to go. Most everything is in walking distance and the staff is nice enough to help you planing your day.
