While this hotel is not plush or glamorous, it is clean, orderly, affordable and has a free shuttle every 30 minutes between 6am--11pm. The shuttle will take you to the Metro station or other places in Crystal City.

The room was very clean, quiet, comfy and spacious, loved the extra vanity, this is a very well maintained older hotel. Great value. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the Metro Crystal City Station and Shopping area, very close to DC sites. The beds were a bit hard but not bad. We'll be back!

Our stay at The Americana was great. The promixity to The Metro was a block away, but the hotel shuttle service was outstanding, the drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Great continantel breakfast! We will stay again.

It was by far one of the best finds in the area. It may appear older on the outside but everything was the best. The rooms were extremely clean...the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. It is conveniently located close to the Metro and plenty of shopping and food choices. I would definately recommend this hotel to everyone and I will stay there again next time I am in the area.
