Looks like new management/ownership. Rooms are much cleaner with better guest supplies and furniture. Continental breakfast is good but I would prefer a hot breakfast with egg and sausages. Inddor and outdoor pools are a very good amenity. I liked the timeliness of the airport shuttle also

The lobby is clean and the front desk is very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The indoor pool and game room are the best to enjoy with children. I was a bit nervous at first to book this hotel after reading the review from others, but you get very pleasent and efficient service.

I am very happy and will go back again.

Can you believe that this hotel allows monthly swinger/sex parties. These people book the ballroom for sex. Have sex in the hot tub/pool and roam the halls practically nude all the while other patrons are there and management doesn't care. Well you know what they say about the Brook Park Red Light District. I don't recommend taking your children to this hotel. Not only is it dirty but you never know when they cleaned the pool last.

First of all there are not very many hotels to choose from in the area. This particular hotel is in an industrial neighbourhood and has very, very poor management. Rooms were full of ants and other insects and not very clean. However beds were very comfortable. You get burnt everytime you take a shower because water goes from cold to boiling hot! ...

This place was cheap but not clean. The bathrub was stained and the lobby needed a good cleaning. The shuttle service was fine and I was able to keep my car there for several days at no additional cost. I got what I paid for.
