The hotel is wonderful to look at on the inside but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

pros: great work desks in each room on executive floor. Noticeably wonderful beds and pillows. Nice ambiance, reliable internet, trendy bathrooms. Location is very convenient for getting to offices in the area.

The best spa ever! Very simple and clean. Rooms are nicely decorated. The TVs are not that great, and only get a few chanels. Excellent high speed internet. Web TV internet, is very slow and unreliable. So, bring a laptop. Very close to MRT station. Sometimes there is a wait for taxi.
