Carpets looked as if they had never been vacuumed, the room was hot even though the air was working, the staff at the front desk was aloof and not very helpful, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get into our room, the location was fairly near the Eiffel Tower, but far from the other things, the area around the hotel was undesirable, we were traveling with a large group and nearly everyone was unhappy with this hotel selection.

I thought they were extremely curteous and gived us a better room that were originally suppose to get, because on the door it said it was like 800 euros a night or something and what a view...Finally when we left they got us information and direction and an honest cab driver to CDG
PS their staff are multi-lingual

from the location to the interior and to the breakfast-this hotel has it all.....best views from all rooms....comfortable and chic rooms....and yum breakfast..most imp is the location -hardly a 15 min walk frm the eiffel tower..

this is avery nice hotel to stay in all the staff are friendly they trying to help you in all the ways.I am not french speaking but yet i found all the help i need,the breakfast is delecious hte keep changing the food ,the site of the hotel if far from the traffic but also not far from the attraction of paris.you will not regret.

we loved it! Hope to come back to paris with my husband and daughter.

The only thing we didn't like was the pizza party in the ballroom. We wish we had gone out in the city for the ringing in of the year 2000.

The hotel is located in a smoggy, dirty, industrial strip of town - not remotely romantic. The hotel ad is misleading as it is not close to the Eiffel Tower (at least 25 minutes away on foot). i went on this holiday and i though that this hotel was outragous and i will never stop in it again. the service was arrendace... if i was to ever come back to paris i wouldnt Stay in this hotel again.!!!
