My wife and I arrived at the hotel on a Friday evening. The hotel was really busy with a gala, so the lobby was extremely crowded. The check in staff was friendly and very quick with the check in. Comfortable, clean and stress-free stay. Will stay there again. Walking distance to the Galleria and other locations I needed to visit. Only negative thing is the Hilton charges for everything. (ie parking $14 dollars a day, internet approx $11 dollars a day but I guess what can one expect.

I just had my wedding at this hotel... and it was not good at all...the wedding coordinator was there for a very very short time. she promised a lot but she failed to do so. so if you are getting married at this hotel i would think twice. if anything don`t do it at all!

i loved it herre the food was eccellent i enjoyed everything and more and plus im having a family reunion in a couple of days and this is the place im having it keep up the good work

Spacious rooms with large doors that open onto small balcony to allow fresh air into the room. Very clean, well maintained. Location was perfect with lots of shopping, restaurants etc within walking distance.

We totally loved our stay. The new renovations are so nice and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I stay in hotels alot and this bed was by far the most comfortable. We thought the price was a little high but we will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a few days. It was close enough to the Gallariea to walk. Gives great exercise. The brunch they have is exquisite, plus they have some of the best bellhops in the city. I hope it does well for years to come.

Great staff. Front desk went out of their way to help me. Any minor hiccops that would have occured was already taken care of before I even checked in! Price isnt that bad when you think of the great quality and service you get. Im going to start their HHonors program! This hotel is wonderful!
