Relatively loud and noisy. Big convention hotel, so if you're looking for something quiet or romantic......this is not the place. Typical large-chain hotel. The lobby is really more like a concert hall.

This hotel is still a Doubletree, but they changed their name to Hilton and raised the price. For the price you can find other hotels that are closer to the Galleria area and 4-stars.

I was very unpleased with snotty and unfriendly staff members. Will never stay here again. The bed IS LIKE HEAVEN!!!! The hotel room is very nice but some of the staff members were very rude and condescending. If you choose to stay here, the Sunday Brunch is Amazing along with the Brunch Staff members. I loved staying in hilton, the stay is great not just in USA but in canada as well.

I love it. Staff is friendly, service is excellent.

The bed was wonderful. The kind you melt into. We did not want to get out of bed. Great location. 2 blocks from Galleria. And walking distance to many wonderful resturants. It is a great hotel for a week-end get away!!
