CHANGED ROOMS 3 TIMES. THE ROOMS WERE FILTHY. WE COULD NOT GET EXTRA TOWELS. DIRTY BEDDING

I love that fact that it is by the River walk!!! I love this HOTEL and the satff was so nice to me and my familly. They were so nice and put so much hard work at cleaning the hotel and doing the best to comfort us to our expectation's......really and truly I had no complaints or insults to this Hotel.

Came here in November and I'm really disturbed by the lack of professionalism. I really liked my stay at the Marriot hotel because the service was really good. Everybody was really attentive and the hotel stands next to the river walk and the mall passes thru there too.

There is nothing to dislike except the price. I was lucky to get a very good price at one time because of the frequency of conferences that I attended at this facility. We stayed here for a conference and the location was great. The rooms were clean and service was prompt. The only grip was with the wait staff in the restaurants...no service there. The location was great, everthing to do and see was within a short walk.

I have been to this Marriott five times for conventions and every stay has been a pleasure. Great location with everything within walking distance, which is part of the fun of San Antonio.
The rooms have always been outstanding and clean.

Stayed there 2 nights and it ended up costing $425. We knew we were going to regret it when we walked into our room. It was possibly one of the smallest hotel rooms I have stayed in. The king bed took up most of the room, as did the un-needed tables. A quick rearrangement could have made the room more enjoyable. A fridge would have been nice ...
