I thought the place was a great place for the money. The staff was great. I had an excellent nites rest. The pool was ready and wating even though it was early in the year and we were able to take advantage of the early summer of warm temps when we arrived.

TERRIBLE experience! I rented a room and on my first night there they gave one of my room keys to another lady at 3 in the morning!! The lady who had gotten the key said she would go and take care of it down stairs (since I was sleeping.) I arrived at 7pm to discover that my guaranteed-with-a-credit-card-reservation had been cancelled by the supervisor after my credit card was denied due to "an incorrect expiration date." Despite my correct expiration date being stored in their system, they still canceled my reservation.
