I recommend not letting housekeeping inEverything at the hotel was fantastic. Best customer service we had ever had. However, upon returning home, we realized that our iPod, its dock, the portable DVD player, and 3 brand new DVDs were taken out of our room! One night in CamarilloHotel was okay. Description described a suite, however I'd say it was a room with a microwave and a wet bar. NO "pull out sofa" as promised.
The thing that did frost our hide was that the pool was closed. Being repaired. I know these things must be done, but they didn't cut the rate because some of their value was gone.
