Wasn't bad to stay for 1 night lay over, but their secured parking ( so they say ) was definitely the worst. When we returned there were 9 cars from BC with smashed out windows and all ransacked. God bless the crack heads in the area.

Can't say enough about the helpful staff. Loved the shuttle, wished they would take you into down town even if they charged a small fee. Great for airport travel

This hotel is not up to Best Western standards by anyway of the imagination..The hallways are dark and dingy along with a terrible smell of smoke and other things..The carpets were stained badly and only one elevator for available at the far end from the lobby..The rooms once inside were clean but getting there was the problem...Would not stay there again..

The room was good but typical of many motels, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not take any moisture from the room. They also had a problem with keeping our room key card "keyed" for the room. On at least three occasions we were locked out. Oher than these annoyances, the room worked out fine and we are grateful for the online discount.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The people were rude. The service was lousy. We had to keep getting our room cards recharged( at least eight times for four days). The layout is bad. The elevator is at the back of the hotel. they say check in is at 2:00( good luck) we had to wait in their lobby over a hour to check in. Someone tried ...

Room was clean but had a well worn feel to it. Staff was extremely nice. Beds were roomy and comfortable. The free breakfast basically consisted of ceral, toast and biscuits. The biscuits and bread did not seem fresh. I would not stay at this hotel as part of a vacation destination but it was great as far as needing to be close to the airport ...
