We booked a room on the concierge level intending to use the services upon our arrival Sunday. Although not pointed out on the Hotel's web site the lounge is closed on the weekend. We were however, charged the full rate.

i loved the friendly staff. i was greeted apon arrival and each time i walked by a staff member they gave a great big smile which showed me that they really were there to assist my needs and gave awesome customer service. i would recommend this particular hotel site, to all of my friends, relatives, and collegues. i really am looking forward to another great stay!

Great place to stay. Close to everything and plenty of things to do and see. Easy access to hotel but parking gets full. Will stay again.

Excellent resturant and bar. Service was outstanding.Very comfortable setting and all the employees were helpful. Very well kept facility and all the rooms and areas were spotless clean.I could not have found a better place to go for the weekend and the group I was with had a good time while visiting Charlotte.
