Very nice condo in quiet complexWe got a one bedroom plus loft for four nights through Property Network. We got a very good value on this unit, it actually was much nicer than expected. We were in 3-302, so were closer to the beach than the street. Although the bedroom overlooked a parking lot it was very quiet. The grounds were nice, simple and well-kept. Careful about location in Kona MakaiNoisy and minimal privacy, with lanai looking toward each other. Our condo was on the parking lot and tennis court, so we were challenged to sleep a full night. Avoid lower floors, and bldg 4 if privacy and noise is an issue. For view and quiet, look for 2 and 3rd floor, closer to the ocean.
