It's a Motel 6, so standards aren't high, but the nearby traffic was so bad it kept us awake. Staff weren't friendly, and the hotel was only what I'd call "marginally clean."

Good location, though, right in the middle of town.

It is much better than the Bella Vista. My room was very clean. My cable/Tv was very clear. True there was no hair dryer or coffee maker, but this is a $40 dollar a night room, not a $140 dollar room. I would recommend it.
