This hotel is old disgusting and filthy. Uncomfortable beds. Noisy. Had a plumbing issue during my stay. Left Charlroy hotel for a nicer place. the place is expensive for what you get.

Service at best is mediocre. More often then not there is no one at the front desk. The maids don't speak english, but you can bet they have an envelope in very room asking for tips. Room cleanliness is not a forte with this place.
