The Sandpiper is a great place for couples. Immaculate rooms, great view, nice pool, no young kids. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to resteraunts and activities but not right in the middle of the action.

We come here every year the week after school ends...I work at a school and at that time I need a getaway and it's just great sitting on the balcony and watching the daily dolphin swims....it's so handy to the beach, and to the shopping area, and we usually eat right next door at the Ocean View diner. So what's not to like about this place.....

For 15 years we stayed at the Sandpiper. The best place in Cape May. Now it has been sold and is being renovated for condo's. All have been sold starting at $600.000.00 !!!!!! Crazy...crazy....
Have yet to find a place that compared.

It is close to the beach. We love Cape May and always stay at the Sand Piper.

I loved the view and the cleanliness was amazing! I can't wait to go back next year! Whenever I go to the hotel I automatically feel relaxed and away from my work- life. It's incredible.

Beautiful koi pond. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We are going back this summer and will stay there any time we vacation in Cape May.

The service is excellent...we had more towels than we knew what to do with! We have stayed a total of 3 separate occasions and each time had a wonderful experience. Beautiful views of the ocean and close to everything. We found a game room on the ground floor with a ping pong table and a great comfy lounge room. I recommend this place to anyone who asks about a great place to stay at the shore.
