Very very convenient from major historic and scenic areas still away from congusted/trafficy metro areas in a nice country setting.

My place to stay in Boston Area.

1. The place is a pit. The shower runs rusty, brown water.
2. The floors have not been vacuumed in weeks, it seems.
3. Their sign says "HBO". The reality is that their "cable" TV shows only six channels - and not even the ABC affiliate! Great if you solely watch the WB or UPN.
4. The help is straight out of "Fawlty ...

I found the hotel to be used by people that only needed it for 2 hours or so a day. Not the place for families. Cheap for the needs. Very convenient for purposes other than a place to stay on vacation. I found it worked well.
